How secure is my data?

Cloud 9 Assist applications reside on highly reliable, secure and redundant DELL Servers located in a modern co-location facility, delivering multi-level physical security for mission critical Internet applications.  Daily back-ups are performed and in the case of a natural disaster a second data centre redundantly protects and stores all customer information and assets.

How much data can I store?

There is no limit to the number of records that can be stored on Cloud 9 Assist applications.  Individual attachments are limited to a maximum file size of 15MB.

What if the application does not meet all the requirements?

At Cloud 9 Assist we understand that every organisation is unique which is why we offer customisation as part of every package. We will endeavour to tailor the application to your own particular needs.

Can I try before I buy?

We offer a 14 day no quibble trial.  No credit card details required.  If you like what you see you can sign up, if you do not you can walk away.  There is no long term, fixed contract.  You can sign up and pay on a monthly basis.
